What payment methods can you accept?
We accept all major credit cards such as Visa, Mastercard, PayPal, Google Pay and Apple Pay.

How do I use a voucher code?
Input the code in the field at checkout, and the total amount of your order will be recalculated.

I did not receive an email confirmation
As soon as your order is placed, an order confirmation is sent to your email address. If you haven’t receive this, check your spam folder.

Where do you deliver to?
We deliver internationally from the UK.

What are your delivery charges?
We offer free delivery on orders over £15 in the UK. International delivery is available at a flat rate of £20. Buyers may need to pay customs and immigrations taxes and charges from their own country where applicable.

When will my order be dispatched?
Our jewellery is handmade to order and we aim to dispatch within 3 working days.

Can I track my order?
Yes, you will receive a tracking number with your shipping confirmation. This will be emailed to you.

Can I return an item?
For orders in the UK, you can return your item to us within 14 days of receiving the item. Returns are also accepted for orders delivered outside the UK but customers will be responsible for delivery fees and customs and immigration charges where applicable. Due to hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns on earrings. See our Delivery & Returns page for more information.
